Based on the current education system in Tanzania, students have been focusing on performing well in the final examinations so that to qualify for high school and universities. However, the curriculum has not been designed for students to be exposed to different careers and opportunities for them to explore.
In addition to this, most of the Tanzanian Secondary Schools have been academic orientated excluding extra curricula, which leads to students being less exposed to activities, and opportunities that lead to open-mindedness. This project aims at creating awareness and expanding horizons for students so that they can be exposed to different academic, extra-curricular and leadership opportunities.
This project enables the students to learn from alumni, successful Tanzanian students studying across the world as well as expertise from various fields.
